Assistant Dietary Manager- Evening Shift

Shawnee Gardens Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Shawnee, KS is hiring a full-time Assistant Dietary Manager. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT DIETARY MANAGER As an Assistant Dietary Manager, you play a vital role in our clinic. You share overall responsibility for all operations of the Dietary Department, working with residents and team members to plan menus and food service programs. You also monitor food, supplies, equipment stock levels and order as needed, watch for residents’ condition changes, accidents and incidents, and report any of these. You maintain trust by following dietary procedures, related laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to nursing home operations, taking pride in impacting residents’ lives. QUALIFICATIONS FOR ASSISTANT DIETARY MANAGER Possess knowledge of dietary procedures, related laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to nursing home operations or demonstrate the ability to learn them.
