Position: Cabling Technician
Location: Goodyear, AZ
7 Month Contract-to-Hire
Rate: $25/HR
One & Done Interview Process!
On-site - NIGHT SHIFT REQUIRED DURING PEAK HEAT SEASON
SCHEDULE: 6PM - 4AM Sunday - Friday + OT offered.
After that, schedule likely Mon-Thurs (6AM-4PM), and OT offered on Friday.
Drug Test + Background Check that dates back 7 years that must be completed upon offer
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience pulling cable is preferred but not required.
- 0-2 years of experience in any manual labor position (including but not limited to: construction, landscaping, painting, installation, maintenance, etc.)
- Ability to lift 35+ lbs
- Comfortable working Night Shift
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, comfortable working in an outdoor environment
- Must have a positive attitude and be able to be a team player!
Job Description
Insight Global is currently hiring for an OSP Cable Technician for a data center client located in the Goodyear area. The responsibilities of this position include unloading trucks, climbing in and out of vaults, moving generators, and pulling cable from vault to vault. The ideal candidate will come from a manual labor background, be comfortable working with their hands, and is a team player that is dedicated to getting the job done.
