Travel Cath Lab Tech

Role & Responsibilities: Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab. Prepare patients and equipment, monitor hemodynamic data, operate imaging and monitoring systems, and support physicians during procedures like catheterization, angioplasty, and stent placement. Maintain sterile technique, ensure patient safety, document procedures accurately, and manage inventory. Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory protocols while collaborating with the healthcare team. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of one year recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech. Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and ARRT, RCES, or RCIS required. Preferred licenses include radiologic technologist credentials and PALS or ENPC. Must demonstrate critical thinking, excellent communication, physical stamina to handle equipment and assist in procedures, and ability to work effectively under pressure. Visual acuity and proficiency in PC skills are essential.
