GLAUCOMA SURGEON NEEDED IN FLAGSTAFF, ARIZONA

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Job Type -Ophthalmologist

Subspecialty - SurgicalCataract and Glaucoma

Reason for Adding Job -Doctor relocating

Practice Management -Full time Administrator

Relocation Bonus Offered -Yes

Vacation/PTO -3 weeks - 1-3 years;4 weeks - 3+ years

Start Date -TBD - Open to timing

Hospital Call -No

MD Experience Requirement -Open to Residents -Need to be able to adapt to 30 cases / week quickly

Compensation -35% collections w 1styear guarantee at 350K (PTO/ 401K/ Full Medical Dental)

Sign-on Bonus - Yes

ABOUT THE PRACTICE:

Practice Location -Flagstaff, AZ

MD Or Corporate Owned -Private Equity

ASC -1 ASC with multiplerooms

Staff and Support Team -Tenured

MDs on Staff - 5

ODs on Staff -2

Partnership Opportunity -Negotiable

OD NetworkYes

Research -Yes - will discuss

Refractive Surgery - Lasik -Yes
