Architecture Advisor- South

At SAP, the Customer Advisory Architecture Advisor (AA) partners with the Sales organization and partner ecosystem to shape account strategies and deliver cloud‑based enterprise architecture solutions. You will bridge customer business goals with SAP technologies and create transformation roadmaps that enable adoption. What You’ll Do The role focuses on the following key areas: Account Planning & Architecture Management Responsibilities Assess current SAP solutions and identify opportunities for faster adoption, consumption, and footprint expansion. Engage customers to support sales cycles across the Customer Value Journey as a member of the SAP account team. Drive business and IT architecture definitions to ensure consistency, cooperation, and alignment with SAP, the customer, and partners. Provide linkage from the customer to SAP product development leadership. Creating an SAP Architecture Vision for the Customer Build customer demand through appropriate thought leadership positioning. Understand the customer’s business process map and business model with industry‑reference architecture focus. Assess the current enterprise landscape and future needs to position standard cloud architectures (plug & play) using standard cloud solutions. Building Key Customer Architecture Deliverables Drive business architecture and capability mapping to solution design. Ensure IT feasibility of business capabilities when mapped to SAP solution architecture. Support customer cloud transformation roadmap definition (business and application focus) and drive a cloud/hybrid roadmap with standard applications and technology focus. Being a Trusted Architecture Advisor for the Customer Align living roadmap with current adoption and solution consumption. Support living roadmap governance and adaptation based on evolving customer needs and SAP solutions. Drive solution expansion by highlighting value and linkages to the broader SAP portfolio. What You Bring Considerable experience as an IT/Enterprise Architecture Advisor, or with software solutions in Solution Management, Sales, Presales, Adoption/Consumption, Consulting or Business Development. Deep knowledge of Cloud, Hosted Services, SaaS/PaaS models and cloud‑based commerce/business networks. Proven professional networks to drive pipeline and revenue growth for SAP. Track record of success in the selected industry area (if required). Leadership and project management experience. Fluency in English; other language skills are an asset. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred. Togaf or SAPIEA‑10 certifications and experience using EAM tools are added value. Candidate(s) will be required to work 3 days a week in office/client site per our Pledge to Flex return‑to‑office policy. Compensation Range Transparency The targeted annual combined range for this position is 194,100–411,600. The actual amount offered will be within this range and depends on education, skills, experience, scope of role, location, and other factors.
