Compensation Structure and Finishing Pay:
- Fixed weekly financial allowance during your 4-to-6 week over-the-road instructional phase.
- Independent fleet operators maintain an average weekly gross running from 1250 to 1550 USD.
- Premium mileage and safety incentives elevate top-tier earnings past 1700 USD weekly.
- Guaranteed pay for all corporate onboarding schedules and introductory training days.
Route Operations and Asset Details:
- Consistent regional dry van dispatches centered around no-touch freight and drop-and-hook processes.
- Scheduled home time rotations offering 34 to 48 consecutive hours of rest every second week.
- Core operational lanes moving freight across FL, GA, AL, SC, NC, and TN.
- Premium assignment of late-model Freightliner or Kenworth highway tractors equipped with APU systems.
