Water/Wastewater Project Engineer

Job Description SEH is currently searching for a Water/Wastewater Project Engineer to join our talented Water/Wastewater team. Responsibilities Support the planning, design, and construction of water treatment, wastewater treatment, pumping, distribution, storage, or conveyance projects. Develop creative solutions to complex water and wastewater treatment and conveyance challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers, and other professionals. Collaborate with multi‑discipline teams to deliver innovative project solutions. Build and strengthen client relationships in collaboration with experienced project managers. Position is open to candidates residing in the state of Virginia. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related field. Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within six months of hire. Coursework related to water and wastewater treatment or conveyance. Preferred Qualifications Four (4) years of previous experience serving as a design engineer or project manager for water/wastewater projects. Previous experience in preparing project plans, specifications, and bidding documents. Previous experience in project proposal preparation and client service management. Proficiency with design applications such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, ArcGIS, and Revit. Proficiency with hydraulic modeling including software. Compensation & Eligibility Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $95,000 and $115,000 based on skill set and experience.
