Firearms Retail Manager - Compliance & Customer Experience

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Retail Manager - Firearms to supervise the firearms department, ensuring ATF/state compliance and high standards for customer service, merchandising, pricing and inventory control. You will lead staff recruitment, training and scheduling, and drive sales targets while maintaining safety and regulatory procedures.
