What Will You Actually Do?

As a Sales Consultant at Leo Payne Honda, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation to the moment our customer drives home in their new vehicle.

You'll:

• Welcome customers and help them find vehicles that fit their needs.
• Build relationships through in-person interactions, phone calls, texts, emails, and personalized videos.
• Learn Honda's exciting vehicle lineup, technology, and features.
• Guide customers through our transparent, Negotiation-Free buying process.
• Follow up with customers and build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Work with your teammates to achieve individual and dealership goals.
• Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a winning attitude every day.

Never sold a car before? No problem.

Some of the best salespeople come from outside the automotive industry.
