Job Description

The Entry Assembly role involves working closely within a small team to efficiently assemble components, ensure quality standards, and handle inventory and packaging. This position is ideal for individuals starting their career in assembly, requiring attention to detail and basic tool operation skills.

Responsibilities

Assemble components accurately according to specifications
Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards
Operate basic tools and machinery safely
Package finished products for shipment or storage
Handle and manage inventory levels efficiently
Collaborate within a small team of 3-5 members

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in assembly work
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic tool handling skills
Strong attention to detail
Good teamwork and communication
Effective time management skills
