Job Summary:

The Occupational Therapy Assistant provides essential support to licensed therapists by helping patients improve their functional abilities. This role involves implementing treatment plans and ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

  Assist licensed therapists in developing and delivering patient treatment plans.

  Monitor patient progress and document responses during therapy sessions.

  Set up equipment and prepare treatment areas for therapy activities.

  Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and techniques.

Qualifications:

  Current certification or licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
