Position Summary:
As the Weekend Lead Coach/Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our weekend operations run smoothly while delivering an unforgettable experience for children and their families. This is a leadership position that combines coaching, customer service, and team management, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee weekend activities, ensuring a fun, safe, and engaging experience for all participants.
- Coach and guide children in gym activities, promoting skill development and confidence-building.
- Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and ensuring smooth operations.
- Interact with parents and families, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in the gym.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a related role (coaching, teaching, or leadership).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, especially with children and parents.
- A positive attitude, high energy, and a passion for working with kids.
- Ability to work weekends consistently.
