Before becoming an agent, I worked within other agencies, which gave me valuable experience and helped shape the supportive, team-focused environment I wanted to create in my own office. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Qualifications Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
