Strategic Programs Manager - Cross-Functional

Molex

Molex is seeking a Program Manager to translate customer demand and strategic priorities into executable programs across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain. This onsite role is based at our headquarters in Lisle, IL, with a strong emphasis on risk management and disciplined execution. Your experience leading cross-functional programs will help translate strategy into milestones, align stakeholders, and drive delivery across engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
