Wildcat Washers is a fast growing Tucson home services company, and we’re building out our full time sales team.

We’re looking for motivated, outgoing people who want to make good money, develop real sales and communication skills, and grow with an ambitious team. No previous sales experience is required. We provide training.

What You’ll Do

This is an outdoor, door-to-door sales position in Tucson neighborhoods.

You’ll:

• Talk with homeowners and introduce Wildcat Washers
• Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities
• Learn and practice our sales process
• Work alongside a competitive, growth-oriented team
• Spend several hours each day walking neighborhoods and talking with new people

You won’t be expected to know how to sell on day one. We’re looking for the right people and we’ll teach the skills.

Compensation

Up to $30–$60+/hour earning potential, commission only

Top performers can earn $1,500–$2,000+ per week.

Compensation is results based and includes pay for qualified leads you generate, commission on completed sales, and additional bonuses for recurring customers. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on individual results.

The better you become at generating quality opportunities and sales, the more you can earn.

• Are comfortable walking and working outside for several hours

Sales, customer service, sports, leadership, or previous door-to-door experience can help, but none are required.
