We're now growing in the U.S. and seeking passionate, culturally fluent Travel Sales Specialist to help create travel experiences for the global Chinese community. Position Details Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts Location: On-site – Phoenix, AZ (must commute or relocate before starting) Languages: Mandarin & English – plus Cantonese – big plus Compensation: $41,600–$54,000/year (based on experience) + Performance Bonus Your Role Inspire and guide customers to explore the world, offering tailor‑made travel solutions and premium customer care before, during, and after their trip. Achieve and exceed sales goals through smart strategies, client relationship building, and market insights. Who We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred Bilingual: Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. Prior travel industry experience is a plus – but we welcome motivated entry-level candidates!
