Looking for someone with 5+ years of experience (civil litigation experience preferred)

We need someone with a strong work ethic, enthusiasm towards the practice of law, and positive attitude to join our firm. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, works well with a team, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping clients.

Salary: $100,000 - $200,000 per year - Depending on Experience

The Bernsen Law Firm is hiring an associate attorney to assist on all types of personal injury cases.

General job responsibilities will include:

-Drafting pleadings, discovery, correspondence

-Drafting motions, and responses

-Working with clients responding to discovery and preparing for depositions

-Taking depositions

-Attending mediations

-Attending hearings

-Trial assistance, and

-Managing smaller cases

Job requirements:

• Doctor of Jurisprudence
• Licensed to practice in Texas
• 5+ years of work experience
