The Groton Operations Training Project Support Assistant provides temporary administrative and project support to the Groton Operations Training team. This role focuses on timekeeping
assistance, coordination of training-related activities, and support with special projects as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities: Training Project Support Assistant

Assist with timekeeping tasks, including data entry, verification, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with Training team members to ensure accurate and timely submission of timekeeping records.
Provide administrative support for training operations, including scheduling, documentation updates, and communication.
Support special projects assigned by the Training leadership team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Maintain organized records and tracking tools related to training activities and project work.
Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, instructors, and management regarding timekeeping and project updates.
Help identify process improvement opportunities within timekeeping and project workflows.

Requirements: Training Project Support Assistant

High School diploma
One year experience in administrative or related work
Technical proficiency in computer based programs such Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc
