Guidewire Claimcenter Business Analyst- 5 Days Onsite

Position: Guidewire Claimcenter Business Analyst Job Type: Full-Time Employer: NJM Insurance Location: Ewing, NJ (5 Days Onsite) Job Overview: NJM Insurance is looking for an experienced Guidewire claimcenter Business Analyst to support business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation for software implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements for both existing and new applications, while also supporting testing activities as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reasoning abilities
- Proactive in identifying and resolving requirements-related challenges
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of business processes and workflows
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience with P&C Insurance platforms, preferably Guidewire, Claimcenter is highly preferred
- Familiarity with IIBA BABoK concepts, methodologies, and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- Candidates must be open to attending in-person interviews if shortlisted
- This is a fully onsite role requiring 5 days/week at NJM Insurance's Ewing, NJ office André Global, Inc.
