Responsibilities: * Perform professional interior and exterior vehicle detailing. * Lead, train, and oversee the daily operations of the detail department. * Manage workflow and ensure vehicles are completed on time. * Maintain high standards for quality and presentation. * Delegate work and coach team members to improve performance. * Ensure all detailing equipment and supplies are maintained and organized. * Work closely with Sales, Service, and Used Vehicle departments to prioritize vehicles. Qualifications: * Previous automotive detailing experience is required. * Prior leadership or management experience is preferred. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Positive attitude with strong communication and organizational skills. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
