Company Description Ability Allies is a patient-centered physical therapy practice with four locations on the Seacoast of New Hampshire, focused on delivering high-quality, individualized care. The team includes experienced and certified practitioners with over two decades of expertise in orthopedic, neurological, pelvic floor/women’s health, and sports rehabilitation. Clinicians specialize in evaluating complex conditions, identifying root causes of dysfunction, and designing effective treatment plans that promote faster and fuller recovery. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based on the Seacoast of NH between Portsmouth, Dover, and Epping Clinics. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients with a range of orthopedic, neurological, pelvic floor/women’s health, and sports-related conditions, using evidence-based assessments to determine functional limitations and underlying causes. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, and educating patients on home programs and self-management strategies. The role involves close collaboration with other clinicians to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care and clear communication with referring providers. The Physical Therapist will document all care in a timely, compliant manner, participate in case reviews and team meetings, and contribute to a positive, inclusive clinic environment that supports both patient outcomes and professional growth. Qualifications Strong clinical foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to assess, plan, implement, and adjust individualized treatment programs. Demonstrated knowledge of Medicine and evidence-based practice relevant to orthopedic, neurological, pelvic floor/women’s health, and sports rehab populations. Commitment to high-quality Patient Care, including patient education, communication, and collaborative care with an emphasis on safety and respect. Ability to design and monitor Home Care and home exercise programs that support functional goals and long-term recovery. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program. Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of New Hampshire. Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with comfort working in a fast-paced outpatient environment. Experience or interest in orthopedic, neurological, pelvic floor/women’s health, or sports rehabilitation is highly beneficial.
