SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Milford, MA! We're looking for caring and dependable individuals who enjoy helping others and want to provide quality support to clients in their own homes. If you're looking for flexible work options, competitive hourly pay, and weekly paydays, we'd love to have you join our team.
What We Offer
$20 to $23 per hour
Weekly pay
20 to 40 hours per week
Full-time and part-time opportunities
Short-hour and long-hour shifts
First and second shift openings

Your Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home
Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
Inform the care team about changes in clients' needs or condition
Qualifications
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Complete vaccination records preferred
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
Able to commit to scheduled shifts
