Licensed Clinician – Telehealth & Face‑to‑Face (Woodbridge, VA) Thriveworks, a clinician-founded national private practice group, is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Woodbridge, VA. We currently offer a $5,000 sign‑on bonus. Qualifications Fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in Virginia. Licensed and residing in the state where practice will occur. Compensation Up to $111,000 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. What We Need Willingness to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week. A true partnership orientation. Behavioral Health Generalists open to seeing couples and/or children. Candidates interested in growing into leadership or supervisory roles. Self‑guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours. Strong character—integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care. Enjoyment of teamwork and professional development opportunities.
