In this role, you’ll help customers explore wireless technology, smartphones, and cellular service solutions while guiding them toward the best options for their lifestyle. You’ll work directly with customers to introduce and explain mobile devices, wireless service plans, and connected technology, helping them choose solutions that fit their needs.

We’re looking for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and turning great conversations into successful sales.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers in a retail setting to introduce wireless services, smartphones, and connectivity solutions

• Build rapport and develop strong relationships through personalized conversations

• Demonstrate and explain the benefits of mobile devices, service plans, and wireless technology

• Recommend solutions based on each customer’s lifestyle, usage, and preferences

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals

• Collaborate with teammates to share strategies and improve overall team performance

• Previous retail or sales experience is helpful but not required — we provide full training
