Registered Nurse – Telemetry

12-hour Night shifts; 1900-0730.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: Not specified. Contract Weeks: 13.

Requirements

Associate's degree in nursing required.
1 or more years of experience as a Telemetry RN in a hospital setting.
KS RN & BLS certification required.
Must pass the dysrhythmia test assigned by the agency.
Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and management in a telemetry unit.
Monitor patients' vital signs and initiate interventions as necessary.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
