Responsibilities include client service and communication, team leadership, directing daily tasks and work activities of Account Coordinators, team and individual productivity, quality, and service levels, implementation of client benefits administrative processes, tracking, renewals, new client setup, data management/entry, Producer communication, team and individual professional development, performing compliance audits and notices to clients, identification of sales opportunities, and upholding IOA core values./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliClient Management: Manage book of business, meeting performance requirements and ensuring no liability./liliClient Service: Deliver outstanding service, anticipate needs, and respond quickly./liliTeam Leadership: Lead the account team with a strong work ethic and positive attitude./liliDaily Activities: Direct daily activities of Account Coordinators, assign tasks, and monitor execution./liliBusiness Growth: Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business./liliNew Business Setup: Manage new business setup, including data gathering and client file creation./liliRenewal Process: Manage renewals, verify client data, liaise with clients and carriers, and conduct meetings./liliClient Relationships: Build and improve client relationships, seek feedback, and implement improvements./liliIntermediary Role: Advocate for clients and carriers for beneficial outcomes./liliValue-Added Solutions: Identify and implement value-added solutions for clients./liliData Management: Compile, analyze, and report client plan performance data, maintain data accuracy./liliCarrier Relationships: Develop and maintain positive carrier relationships./liliProfessional Development: Support team training, promote a positive work environment, and seek improvement./liliCommunication: Maintain transparent communication with Producers and team members./liliCompliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards./liliChampion IOA Values: Demonstrate integrity and leadership, championing IOA core values./li/ulh3Ideal Candidate Qualifications/h3ulli5+ years of industry experience/liliRequired active licensing/liliExceptional customer service and communication skills/liliStrong organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills/liliHigh accuracy in handling large work volumes/liliProficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)/liliHigh School Diploma (or equivalent)/li/ulh3What We Offer/h3ulliCompetitive salaries and bonus potential/liliCompany-paid health insurance/liliPaid holidays, vacations, and sick time/lili401K with employer match/liliProfessional growth and career progression opportunities/liliRespectful culture and work/family life balance/liliCommunity service commitment/liliSupportive teammates and a rewarding work environment/li/ulh3What to Expect (Application Process)/h3ulli30-Minute Phone Screen, Online Assessments, and Interview(s)/li/ulpSalary Range/ppThe expected pay range for this position is 90K-112K annually, depending on experience, relevant skills, and geographic location./ppInsurance Office of America is an equal opportunity employer.
