Job Summary

Summary: Responsible for the successful operation of concession stand to which he/she is assigned. Leads staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with opening, operating, and closing concession stands during events.
  • Provide leadership and direction to concession team members throughout assigned shifts.
  • Ensure food and beverage products are prepared, displayed, and served according to company standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs or shortages to supervisors.
  • Support cash handling procedures and ensure accurate use of point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and promptly address guest concerns or questions.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards within the concession stand.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations.
  • Assist with training new team members on operational procedures and service expectations.
  • Monitor team performance and communicate operational challenges to supervisors.
  • Support labor efficiency and productivity goals while maintaining service quality.
  • Complete required paperwork, product counts, and stand documentation as needed.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
