Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide skilled physical therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as needed.
• Develop and update comprehensive treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with families to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Ability to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
