Responsibilities Responsible for the daily operations of the Medical Staff Office in accordance with hospital bylaws, regulatory agencies, and policies. The medical staff coordinator is responsible for the privileging/credentialing of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and Allied Health Professionals. The coordinator manages meetings, ongoing provider improvement processes, and ensures that all privileged medical staff adhere to regulatory regulations, hospital policies, patient safety, and bylaws. Qualifications Job Requirements: Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Medical Terminology Knowledge. Strong organizational skills. Word processing, database, and project management skills; spreadsheet application knowledge. Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
