Senior HR Advisor — High-Volume Employee Relations (Remote)

Genex Services, LLC

Enlyte is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to provide operational and advisory support within the Talent and People Operations team. This role handles a high-volume ER workload and partners with HRBPs, COEs, and HR Operations in a fast-moving healthcare environment.

You will advise managers in real time, manage multiple cases, ensure policy compliance, and support RIFs, investigations, and program delivery with discretion and professionalism.
