Strong legal research and transactional analysis skills. Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction where the candidate will be resident, and in good standing. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Strong technical, professional, and client service skills.
