Custodial Field Supervisor

Lee Company is seeking a Custodial Field Supervisor to lead custodial teams supporting construction and facilities projects across the Southeast. In this role, you will schedule and direct field custodial crews, ensure job sites and client facilities are clean, safe, and code-compliant, and verify work meets company quality standards. You’ll inspect sites, train and coach technicians, manage supplies and equipment, and enforce safety protocols. Working closely with project and facility managers, you’ll plan workloads, document work orders, and support a culture focused on integrity, teamwork, and outstanding customer service.
