Come build what matters.As an innovative thinking Engineering Learning and Development Leader, you will drive global capability upskilling, continuous improvements and compliance in new and core engineering disciplines by partnering with PD in Product Creation & Industrialization organizations to conduct comprehensive needs analyses, understand industry trends, design annual training strategies and implementation tactics. Leveraging your strong technical engineering background, you will evaluate learning content for accuracy, collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to build relevant curricula, and act as the business owner for enterprise eLearning platforms including Udemy and Coursera. You will spearhead the development and deployment of learning analytics dashboards for over 20,000 global employees, overseeing the migration of conventional metrics to cloud-first solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.
