Job Title: Radiologic Technologist Trainer and Installer

Location: Travel-Based (Domestic & International)

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000

Responsibilities

• Install and set up digital X-ray equipment at customer locations.

• Provide hands-on training to end users on equipment operation and best practices.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide customer support via phone and email.

• Assist with equipment assembly, testing, and quality checks before shipment.

• Serve as a primary contact for assigned customer accounts.

• Participate in an after-hours support rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification (or equivalent) required.

• Valid passport and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn imaging equipment technology.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Travel Requirements & Expenses

• Travel is required based on customer training and installation needs, with both domestic and international assignments.

• Travel schedules vary significantly throughout the year and may include extended international trips or shorter domestic visits.

• All travel expenses are fully covered.

• Employees are issued a company credit card for all work-related travel costs, and all trips are coordinated through a dedicated travel agency to ensure smooth booking and logistics.

• Any flights over 8 hours in duration are booked in business class.
