Radiology - Cath Lab Tech Profession: Technologist Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: AM Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology at time of hire Certifications: Vascular Interventional (VI) Radiography certification required within two years of hire (if not certified at time of hire) Must-Have: Graduate of an Allied Health Education and Accreditation radiography program Description Start date is three weeks after completion of state fingerprints. The role requires a graduate of an Allied Health Education and Accreditation radiography program. Candidates must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology at the time of hire. Individuals must obtain Vascular Interventional Radiography certification within two years of hire if not certified at time of hire. Maintaining VI certification thereafter is mandatory. This position includes a call rotation, with on-call responsibilities every other weekend and 1-2 nights per week. Weekends may be required as needed.
