Production Worker Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour Location: Olive Branch, MS Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Job Summary Openwork is hiring Production Workers for a growing packaging manufacturer in Olive Branch, MS. In this role, you will support production by assembling, packaging, inspecting, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Responsibilities Assemble, package, and label products according to work instructions. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area. Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked with supplies. Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and production standards. Assist with general production and warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
