Pay Rate: $26.73 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response support at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help support authorized access, observe site activity, and report security-related concerns in accordance with post instructions.
• Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and shift activity logs, and relay important information during shift changes to help support continuity of operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
