LaSalle Network is partnering with our client to hire an AP Coordinator in Glenwood, Illinois. This contract opportunity is ideal for an Accounts Payable professional who can jump in quickly, support day-to-day AP operations and serve as a reliable backup in a fast-paced environment with a small team. The AP Coordinator will help maintain continuity during a leave coverage period and will also support ongoing initiatives tied to an Oracle migration. Responsibilities

• Process core accounts payable work, including PO and non-PO activity, while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Support the AP team through shifting priorities, stepping in where needed and serving as an effective backup
• Utilize Excel to track and organize AP information, including working with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Contribute to project-based work as the team supports an Oracle migration alongside regular AP responsibilities

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of accounts payable experience
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
• Strong attention to detail with a consistent track record of accurate work

• Compensation: $24 – $26 per hour
