Role Description Norris Insurance is seeking a Client Support Specialist to support our Servicing team and help deliver an exceptional client experience. This position plays a key role in the daily operations of the agency by assisting with policy processing, client communications, billing support, carrier transactions, and administrative tasks that help ensure our clients receive timely and accurate service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, enjoys helping others, and is interested in building a long-term career in the insurance industry. While prior insurance experience is not required, candidates should be willing to learn agency systems, insurance concepts, and client service best practices. Responsibilities Monitor and process incoming mail, email, and carrier communications. Review and process carrier transaction reports. Assist with billing and payment-related inquiries. Scan, index, and maintain electronic client records and documentation. Answer incoming phone calls and direct requests to the appropriate team member. Support CSRs with policy changes, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and other service-related activities. Follow up on client requests and outstanding documentation. Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed. Maintain accurate records within agency management systems and carrier portals. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Comfortable working with computers and learning new software systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Prior customer service, administrative, or insurance experience is preferred but not required. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Licensing Requirement Must obtain and maintain an Indiana Property & Casualty Insurance License within six (6) months of employment. Norris Insurance will provide support and reimbursement for approved licensing education and examination costs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
