Skill: Actimize Developer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• Seeking a highly motivated NICE Actimize professional capable of driving solution delivery, regulatory compliance initiatives, and continuous platform improvements while partnering effectively with business and technology stakeholders.

Experience:

• Overall 10+ years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry, with 7+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, configuring, and supporting NICE Actimize solutions within the Financial Crime Compliance and Fraud Management domain.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and production support activities in large banking or financial services environments.

Core Actimize Expertise:


Strong functional and technical expertise in one or more NICE Actimize modules, including:
• Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM)
• Watch List Filtering (WLF)
• Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
• Integrated Fraud Management (IFM)

The candidate should possess a deep understanding of Actimize detection strategies, scenario tuning, alert generation, workflow management, case investigations, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with NICE Actimize AML and Financial Crime Compliance solutions.
• Expertise in SAM, WLF, CDD, and/or IFM modules.
• Experience in Actimize rule development, scenario configuration, tuning, and deployment.
• Proficiency with Actimize Visual Modeler, RCM Designer, AIS, and Actimize Data Models.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in Oracle and/or SQL Server databases.
• Experience in alert management, case management workflows, investigations, and regulatory reporting.
• Knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, batch processing, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of AML regulations, KYC, CDD, OFAC screening, sanctions compliance, and suspicious activity monitoring.
• Experience supporting production environments, troubleshooting issues, and performing root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and release management processes.

Platform & Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with NICE Actimize platform components and development tools, including:

• Actimize Visual Modeler
• Risk Case Manager (RCM) Designer
• Actimize Intelligence Server (AIS)
• Actimize Application Framework and Data Model
• Rule development, customization, and deployment
• SQL, Oracle/SQL Server databases, and data analysis
• System integrations, batch processing, and performance optimization

Compliance & Domain Knowledge:


Strong understanding of Financial Crime Compliance, including:
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
• Know Your Customer (KYC)
• Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
• Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
• OFAC and Global Sanctions Screening
• Transaction Monitoring and Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR)
• Fraud Detection and Risk Management practices


Roles & Responsibilities
• Design, configure, develop, and implement Actimize solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Compliance, AML Operations, Fraud Operations, and Technology teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Develop and enhance detection scenarios, workflows, and case management capabilities.
• Perform rule tuning, threshold optimization, and model validation to improve alert quality and reduce false positives.
• Support testing activities, including unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring platform stability and performance.
• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and implementation artifacts.
• Participate in regulatory audits, model reviews, and compliance assessments as required.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate compliance requirements into technical solutions.
• Support data analysis activities and provide recommendations for improving monitoring effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Salary Range - $120,000-$145,000 a year
