Responsibilities may include:Leading and instructing inmates within the kitchen.Assisting with food preparation, cooking, and baking.Reading and following company recipes and procedures.Helping with meal preparation and kitchen clean-up.Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work area.Working successfully within a structured correctional facility environment.What We're Looking ForSuccessful candidates should have:A positive, dependable, and professional attitude.The ability to work well in a structured correctional environment.The ability to read and follow company recipes.The ability to lead, instruct, and assist with meal preparation.The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.RequirementsApplicants must meet the following requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.Availability to work varying days and hours between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.Ability to receive clearance approval to enter the facility.Previous food service or kitchen experience is preferred, but it is not required.
