Hardware Development Manager, AWS Hardware Engineering

And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.AWS Hardware Engineering is looking for a senior leader to deliver development, implementation, and reliability for our accelerated GPU offerings in AWS. In this role, you will lead your team to deliver novel hardware designs from inception, through manufacturing, implementation, maturation, and eventually deprecation. You will be responsible for planning ahead to avoid hardware defects, and driving any problems to zero. You will lead a team of skilled hardware engineers and technical program managers, to manage ODMs and work with internal stakeholders. In this role, you will define implementation strategy and report status frequently to senior leadership. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
