Quality Assurance Specialist

Join The Syfan TeamEssential duties include:Develop and maintain documentation such as procedures, work instructions, and visuals.Manages quality data collection, process measurements, process analysis, and reporting.Ensure that records and documentation of monitoring process results are maintained.Review customer feedback, research problem areas, and introduce solutions.Collaborates with operations and IT specialists to ensure customer and company quality requirements are met.Tracks process flow from origin to delivery via TMS and other appropriate methods of monitoring shipment vehicles.Reviews logistics processes and procedures; identifies, recommends, and implements improvements to maximize delivery efficiency while minimizing costs.Responsible for sustainability reporting to customers as requested.Performs other related duties as assigned.Skills/Experience:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn the company's quality assurance system.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.Experience using analytics tools, including Excel, SQL, Power BI, MS Report Builder, or similar.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated individual who collaborates across the company.Education/Training/Requirements:Minimum: 5 years of experience in transportation and logistics related field.Preferred: Bachelor's degree in finance, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field required.Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Certification.Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment.
