Adult Broomball Official
City of Minnetonka, MN
This seasonal position officiates broomball games for the adult broomball league. Games are scheduled on Thursday evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Valley Park and/or Harley-Hopkins Park in Hopkins. Games are played from January 7 through February 25. $36.00 per hour. Officiate adult broomball games Provide quality customer service before, during and after league games Communicate closely with the Recreation Program Manager Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times Minimum Job Qualifications: A commitment to and belief in the organization's shared values. Previous broomball or hockey officiating experience desired. No previous broomball or hockey officiating experience may be considered if the applicant has an advanced understanding of the game and previous officiating experience in another sport. Must be 21 years of age or older. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of: The game and rules of the program. Skilled in: Enforcing the rules.
