Assemblers

• Assemble corrugated boxes, inserts, and protective packaging components by hand or with tools/equipment
• Follow detailed work instructions, production orders, and assembly diagrams
• Operate basic machinery such as glue guns, tapers, strapping tools, and box formers
• Perform quality checks to ensure assembled products meet specifications
• Stack, bundle, or palletize finished products for shipping
• Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure safety and efficiency
• Communicate any production issues, defects, or material shortages to supervisors
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Assist with general warehouse or production duties as assigned

Corrugator Machine Operator

• Set up and operate corrugated converting machinery (e.g., flexo folder-gluer, die cutter, slitter-scorer, etc.)
• Perform machine adjustments for speed, size, and quality requirements
• Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions or quality defects
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues during production
• Maintain accurate production records and downtime logs
• Assist in changeovers and cleanups between jobs
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production status
• Follow safety guidelines, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times
• Train or assist with training new operators or helpers as needed
