Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Winchester, MA. Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
• Assessment and Planning: Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care, medications, and treatment plans.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and support.

Requirements:

• Education: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a minimum of 1 years of experience.
• Certifications: Must hold current certifications and licenses.
• Competencies: Possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
