2027 Human Resources Intern

As an intern with Textron, you'll gain hands-on experience while exploring your interests and building new skills. You'll be supported and challenged to contribute in meaningful ways working on real projects alongside experienced professionals to prepare for future success. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, talent development, and employee relations/compliance. Talent acquisition involves finding and attracting top talent, both internally and externally. Talent development focuses on administering the company's leadership and talent development programs. Employee relations/compliance provides counsel and guidance to employees and leaders related to employee relations issues consistent with policies and practices.

This internship offers mentorship, training, and development opportunities, real project work and hands-on experience, service time credited toward 401(k) vesting upon full-time employment, and alternative work schedules at select locations.

Qualifications include pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, business or another related field, software knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, excellent written and verbal communications skills, and the ability to be detail-oriented, multi-task, and maintain confidential information.
