Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Deliver weekly supervision sessions to practicum students, guiding their journey toward clinical licensure by providing constructive feedback and mentorship. \n
- Carry out psychotherapy sessions tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based practices to aid in their mental health journeys. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals and community resources to create comprehensive treatment plans for clients. \n
- Document all client interactions meticulously, ensuring that records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with legal and ethical standards. \n
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research and best practices, integrating new knowledge into therapy sessions and supervision meetings. \n
Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families facing a wide array of mental health concerns. You will be equipped to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties, promoting resilience and self-awareness in your clients. The diverse backgrounds of our clients will enrich your therapeutic practices and deepen your understanding of culturally-responsive care.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Possess a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. \n
- Hold an active and valid state license such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT. \n
- Maintain current professional liability insurance. \n
- Have at least two years of experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting. \n
- \n
- Experience providing supervision or mentorship to practicum students or new therapists. \n
- Background in telehealth service delivery, enhancing virtual engagement with clients. \n
- Familiarity with treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care. \n
This full-time position offers an annual salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000, reflective of your experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a sign-on bonus of $3,000. Our generous benefits package includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as paid parental leave and holiday time.
