Job Description Job Description CTU is seeking a reliable and professional Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. This position is responsible for providing front desk support, assisting office staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Perform general office duties including filing, copying, and data entry Maintain organized records and documents Assist staff with administrative tasks as needed Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence Qualifications: Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good organizational and multitasking abilities Professional demeanor and reliability Previous receptionist or office experience preferred but not required Work Schedule: Tuesday thru Friday, 32 hours/Week Compensation: $16.00 per hour CTU is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply.
