Entry Level ManagerGrow Into Leadership with BVM Agency Inc.
BVM Agency Inc. is hiring ambitious individuals who are ready to build a long-term career in sales, business development, and management. Our Entry-Level Management Trainee program provides hands-on experience designed to prepare future leaders from the ground up.
You'll begin by learning our customer acquisition and sales process before progressing into team leadership, recruiting, campaign management, and business operations.
What You'll DoRepresent renewable energy campaigns through face-to-face customer interactions.
Develop expertise in consultative sales and customer acquisition.
Learn business operations, leadership, and performance management.
Work alongside experienced managers to build leadership skills.
Help coach and mentor new team members as your responsibilities grow.
Track team performance and contribute to campaign success.
Leadership potential.
Strong communication skills.
Competitive and goal-driven personality.
Positive attitude.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commissions.
Paid management training.
One-on-one mentorship.
